1 To study the performance of the Chau15 scheme in realistic settings using non-ideal source and detectors with finite raw key length. 2 To search for other practical RRDPS- and Chau15-like QKD schemes that encode bits of classical information in higher-dimensional qudits and to study their security and performance in realistic settings.
