Objectives
1 To compare patient perceived outcomes, complications and healthcare cost of patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis treated by observation, bracing or surgery at long-term follow-up. 2 To define a threshold of curvature degree as an indication for surgery based on a mathematical model derived by clinical and radiological outcomes, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
