Objectives
1 To understand the role of PD1-vaccine-elicited CD8+ T cells in modulating MDSC responses (year 1-1.5) We will focus on critical experiments and minimal number of mice due to the budge cut. 2 To enhance the efficacy of vaccine-elicited CD8+ T cells in eliminating HIV-1 infected cells by reducing MDSC responses (year 1.5-3) We will focus on critical experiments and minimal number of mice due to the budge cut.
