AbstractThis interactive dialogue session engages the work of one university-based urban teacher residency program's purposeful change over the course of two rounds of U.S. DOE Teacher Quality Partnership funding. We will explore how the program has continuously changed and improved as a function of multiple competing interests and needs including USDOE priorities, community and district needs, values/goals/data of the residency program, and emerging empirical research from the field.
