AbstractThe article examines the judicial processes in the adjudication of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) rights in Hong Kong, China. Other topics include same-sex relationship recognition efforts in Hong Kong, LGBT rights in international law, and the efforts to pass anti-discrimination laws based on sexual orientation and gender identity in the administrative region.
