Abstract假体周围感染(PJI)是人工关节置换术后灾难性的并发症,给社会和经济带来沉重负担.PJI诊断困难、治疗方法复杂,疗效不确切.急性PJI是PJI的一种特殊类型,包括术后早期感染和急性血源性感染.但是,有关急性PJI的定义和诊断方法,目前仍有争议.而传统采用的保留假体的清创灌洗术治疗急性PJI,其疗效也逐渐受到怀疑.本文就急性PJI的诊断和治疗,尤其是采用保留假体的清创术治疗急性PJI做一综述.
