| Abstract | We report a rare delayed complication of de novo pseudoaneurysm formation and rupture after stereotactic radiotherapy for cerebral arteriovenous malformation. The patient presented with intracerebral haemorrhage due to rupture of a pseudoaneurysm in the previously irradiated field, which was excised for histological examination. The literature was reviewed for similar cases. |
