AbstractThis qualitative study investigated key features of the Students’ Career Development Association (SCDA) in a Chinese mainland university. This university has been recognized for its pioneering achievements in career guidance. The operations and development of the SCDA were explored to determine how career guidance provided by the association enhances students’ career competencies. Results provided a paradigm that other universities could use for reference when developing career guidance services operated by students. The study contributes to the exploration of career guidance in university contexts. 本定性研究調查了中國內地一所大學的學生職業生涯發展協會(下稱職協)的主要特點。這所大學因為在職業輔導上成功創新而出名。本文探索了職協的運作和發展,探討由職協提供的職業輔導如何提高學生的職業能力。研究結果為其他學校發展由學生運作的職業輔導服務提供了參考範例。本研究有助於探索大學背景下的職業輔導。
