AbstractThe subject invention pertains to vaccine formulations and antibodies, and related methods, for the treatment and/or prevention of S. aureus infection. The present invention provides one or more S. aureus antigens for use in vaccine formulations, wherein two or more antigens act synergistically. Further, the present invention provides vaccines that can protect against hematic spread, pneumonia and skin infection.
