AbstractThe present invention relates to the field of applied immunotechnology and medicine. More specifically, it relates to DNA motif vaccine design, glyco-DNA motif vaccine design, and immunogen design for producing antibodies against an epitope of arbitrary sequences or polysaccharide epitope, particularly those epitopes against which it is otherwise very difficult to induce antibodies, such as those of HIV-1. The present invention also relates to immunogen design to induce robust cellular and humoral immunity.
