AbstractNumerous surgical procedures have been proposed to close cyclodialysis clefts.1-13 We describe a novel technique, direct cyclopexy under microendoscopic view, in a patient with persistent hypotony despite previous attempts at both surgical repair and cryotherapy for her cyclodialysis cleft.
