AbstractTechnology adoption is a practical exercise for technology and innovation management. Adopting an innovative technology often requires extensive intelligence research due to multi-perspectives towards technologies. In this paper, we present an implementation of a service platform for enabling such technology adoption analysis. The design principles for the service platform are proposed to identify value indicators for perceived value evaluation for RFID technology adoption analysis. An illustration is presented to demonstrate how to identify value indicators in facilitating RFID adoption in inventory control.
