AbstractThe chemotherapeutic agent temozolomide (TMZ) is commonly used in glioblastoma (GBM) therapy, but patients usually have a poor prognosis. Rutin, a citrus flavonoid ecglycoside found in edible plants, has neuroprotection and anticancer activities.
