AbstractThis invention provides methods for determining whether a target nucleic acid sequence is present in a sample and methods for determining the amount of a target nucleic acid sequence present in a sample using flow-through hybridisation technology. This invention also provides different embodiments of these methods. Finally, this invention also provides devices where these methods are carried out.
