Abstract唐人张泰《学殖赋》,《全唐文》收录并编排靠前,作者小传仅有'泰,官耒阳县令'几字。前此学术界常常将张泰作为初唐作家来加以论述,但此赋之用韵、句法、构段与唐抄本《赋谱》描述的中唐律赋更为一致,今对此赋作年及相关问题考辨如下。先据《全唐文》卷二○○分段引录此赋,提示各段要旨,并据唐抄本《赋谱》作构段和句法分析,据《广韵》作押韵分析。 《学殖赋》以'深根固柢无使将落'为韵:
