Abstract本文介紹了一種應用于工程地質勘察的由香港大學研制的全自動鉆孔過程監測DPM系統。利用DPM現場監測和記錄系統,實現了對整個地質鉆探過程中重要鉆進參數的自動化監測和實時記錄,并通過建立區分準則和分析系統實現了原始數據的快速篩選與分析。通過數據的分析,可以更好地了解和分析鉆進過程與性能,提高鉆進效率,而且為復雜地質情況的準確判斷提供了一種可靠的途徑。 The digital drilling process monitor(DPM) system for obtaining the valuable additional information from the drilling process of conventional drillhole in site investigation is presented.The DPM system is developed by the University of HongKong,which is used to automatically and continuously monitor and record the operational process when a hole is being drilled in ground by using hydraulic rotary machine.Through the establishing of the differentiation criteria and the analysis program, the recorded data are effectively examined in detail and further analyzed for better understanding and improving the factual efficiency of the drilling machine. It also provides an innovative approach for the accurate judgement of complex ground profile in site investigation.
