Sdenka Zobeida SALAS PILCO is a Ph.D. candidate in the Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong. She has experience as a school teacher in the Peruvian Andes, and as ICT Specialist at UGEL Puno (Ministry of Education-Peru). She has received specialization in South Korea, India and Japan. Her Ph.D. research focuses on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Education.
