Biography
Kelley Loper serves as Director of the LLM in Human Rights Programme, Deputy Director of the Centre for Comparative and Public Law (CCPL), and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Asia-Pacific Journal on Human Rights and the Law. She is a member of the Advisory Committee of Justice Centre Hong Kong, formerly the Hong Kong Refugee Advice Centre, a non-profit organisation that works to protect the rights of Hong Kong's most vulnerable forced migrants including refugees, other people seeking protection and survivors of modern slavery. Previously, she served as Chairperson and subsequently a member of the board of the Hong Kong Refugee Advice Centre and as a member of the board of Justice Centre Hong Kong. She has also advised a number of other international and local organizations including the UNHCR, UN Women, Amnesty International, and the Hong Kong Human Rights Monitor on a range of human rights issues.
