To investigate and systematically characterize the pattern of change and organization of actin and microtubule cytoskeleton in living pollen-mother-cells (and microspores) of male sterile rice (used in the three -line and two-line hybrid rice system of production in China) by employing a non-destructive visualization technique using expression of green fluorescence protein (GFP).
