A noval single lead pacing system capable of P wave sensing and rate adaptive pacing. This allows atrioventricular synchrony to be added to rate responsive pacing. This study seeks to compare the advantage of additional atrioventricular synchrony to rate adaptation, using cardiopulmonary exercise testing.
