Objectives
To develop a satisfactory model for Hong Kong's industrial jurisprudence in the 1990's, and to evaluate the goal of 'normative universality' in the context of Hong Kong and China and the International Labour Organisation. To look particularly at Hong Kong's factual needs, the development of employment and trade union law and the 'good neighbour principle' and migrant labour in 1997.
