Objectives
Attempts have been made to improve the efficacy of dopamine agonists in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. This project is to investigate whether responses to dopamine agonists can be modified by changing drug delivery techniques, the schedule and pattern of drug administration in animals. Such changes may have important implications for the clinical use and efficacy of dopamine agonists.
