Objectives
1. To examine how various factors, including institutional and actor-related factors, affect the performance of Service Performance Monitoring System (SPMS) across services and providers. Specifically, we aim to find out the factors which explain the variation in the performance of the self-assessment practice across service operators. Findings will provide policymakers with insights on the SPMS self-assessment practice and the necessary and sufficient conditions for accurate self-assessment.
