2 To characterize the 3-D morphology of the nasopharyngeal and nasal airway in skeletal Class II and Class III deformities 3 To evaluate the airway response to hard tissue changes following orthognathic surgery in quantitative terms for patients with skeletal Class II and Class III deformities 4 To quantify jaw movement required to achieve best possible airway outcomes which could be used for 3-D simulation algorithms for surgical planning
