Their abilities to regulate differentiation and dendrite morphology will be compared with wild-type protein. 2) To elucidate the molecular changes in PTEN-deficient mice during neurogenesis (1-36 months) - Changes in global gene expression profile, signaling and proteome will be analyzed in neural stem cells, neurons and glials cells of PTEN-deficient mice.
