The dataset includes datasets and program files used in the above PhD thesis. (Details see “List of datasets and program files.doc”) The datasets includes 3 parts: (I) Three real datasets: foramin/ barddos/ darssil (II) simulated datasets for WinBUGS/ R2OpenBUGS models: (a) rounded: sim*EM* (b) left-censored: sim*EM0025/01/025 (III) simulated datasets for Rstan models: (a) 5 column from datasets used in WinBUGS models for comparison: (b) 3 column: col3r1/2/3 (c) 5 column: sim5*/ col5* program files: (I) sample WinBUGS/R2OpenBUGS files (model + init + data files) (II) sample rstan files (*.stan +*.rdump +*runall.R)
